Ok, the 4th flavor I've tried. Big, BIG fans, so far.
Used Infidel on smoked, thick cut pork chops. Both the wife and I were quite pleased with this. I normally do just heavy handed salt and pepper. A welcomed change!!

This might have been intended just for chicken but so far everything that I have tried it on has been spectacular. A few nights ago I used it on steak and it was exceptionally tasty. You can sprinkle this on eggs, toast, grits, or kick your popcorn up a few notches. This is a well balanced blend of flavors meaning, nothing gets overpowered however, if you wanted to add some spice, savory, or sweetness to it you can. I have made a chipotle variety and one that was more brown sugar forward. I have even used it on broccoli and other veggies they turned out extra tasty. The only thing I have not tried it on is fish, but I bet that would be good as well.
Give this seasoning a try it is super versatile but it is great on its own and it is not that spicy. I have bought 3 bags of this seasoning so far and I will be buying it again and again.
