Who doesn't like a good Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
4 ribeye steaks
1 cup of velveeta cheese
1-2 white onions sliced thin

Platoon Sergeant Seasoning to taste
-
Gunpowder Steak & Brisket Seasoning to taste
Long sandwich rolls
Cooking oil (I used avocado oil)
Directions
Place ribeye steaks in the freezer for 1 hour
Slice your onions very thin
Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil
Cook your onions till tender then put to the side
Take your steaks out of the freezer and cut as thin as possible (throw out any large pieces of fat)
Heat up a hot skillet on medium high heat
Place your steak in the skillet and season with Gunpowder Steak & Brisket Seasoning and Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
In a small pot melt down your velveeta cheese
Once your steak is cooked through mix with your onions
Fill your rolls with steak and onions
Top your hero’s with melted velveeta
