I recently BBQ'd 26 Chicken Legs for our neighbors and I had only 2 of the legs seasoned with Claymore Seasoning and I loved it. My spouse convinced me not to season the others because they probably wouldn't be able to handle it!
What a mistake that was, it added great flavor and pizazz while not making it too hot.
