Cheesy Fried Jalapeño Balls are bite-sized flavor bombs loaded with gooey cheddar, crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños, and a creamy blend of cream cheese and Ma Deuce seasoning. Rolled in crunchy Italian breadcrumbs and air-fried to golden perfection, these popper-inspired bites are the ultimate appetizer or snack that’ll keep everyone coming back for more.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (seasoned with Infidel Pork Rub)
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 2 large jalapeños (seeds in or out, your call)
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions

2 tablespoons Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
- Gloves (optional, but smart for handling jalapeños)
- Italian breadcrumbs (for coating)
- Avocado oil spray (for air frying)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, jalapeños, spring onions, and Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning.
- Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Using gloves, form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in Italian breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
After chilling, spray each ball with avocado oil.
Air fry at 365°F for 9 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through for even browning. (Prefer deep frying? Go for it—until golden and crispy!)
