Cheesy Meatball Biscuit Balls

Balls make everything better right?! But really what could be better than having meat balls with buttery biscuits covered in cheese. This is so easy to make and is perfect for your next party, dinner, or any occasion! Now sit down with the family and friends and enjoy some balls!
Ingredients

4 Tbsp Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning

2 Tbsp Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
-
1 Lb Ground Beef
-
1.25 Cans of Butter Biscuits

3 Tbsp Italian style bread crumbs
-
2 Tbsp Ricotta cheese
-
2 Cups shredded pepper jack cheese
-
2 Tbsp Butter
-
Duck Fat
Directions
Take your biscuits and cut them into quarters and roll them all into balls
Now for your meat balls, in a bowl add all of the following ingredients and mix: ground beef, Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning, bread crumbs, and ricotta cheese. Take about 1Tbsp worth and roll them into nice balls.
Line your casserole dish with butter or oil and assemble your balls alternating from meat ball to biscuit ball until your have one full layer of balls.
Take half of your cheese and layer it on top of your balls
Make another row of your balls to fill the dish. Make sure you alternate your balls from the bottom row (don't put meat balls on top of the meat balls)
Now that we have two layers of balls top them off with the rest of your cheese and Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Let's bake those balls at 350 degrees for 35 mins
Let your balls cool off and enjoy a mouth full of balls!
