Ingredients

1 pound Ground Chicken

1/2 cup Panko
-
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
-
2 cups Chopped Baby Spinach
-
2 tablespoons Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
-
1/3 cup Feta Cheese
-
Oil or Duck Fat
-
Eggs
-
Whiskey Smoked Sea salt
-
Burger Buns
-
8 oz Sour Cream
-
Spicy Ranch Dip
-
3 slices of Donkey Dongs
Directions
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Panko, bread crumbs, spinach, Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning, and Feta cheese.
Make 4-5 burger patties then set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix 8 oz sour cream and 1/2 Spicy Ranch Dip.
Fry the chicken burger patties in a pan or a flat top griddle. Cook until it reaches internal temp of 165 degrees.
Toast buns.
Fry your eggs sunny-side up. Set aside, add a pinch of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning and Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt.
Once all are cooked, assemble your burger and enjoy!
- The sweet, spicy, and savory all go well together.
Recipe Note
- Don't over cook the chicken as it will dry out.
- Sunny side up or a steam egg will give a better visual!
