Indulge your senses in the irresistible symphony of flavors with our Confit Garlic & Cheese Garlic Bread. Crafted with precision and passion, this culinary masterpiece is a celebration of the rich, savory essence of garlic and the creamy allure of melted cheese.
Ingredients

1 loaf of French Bread (cut in half)

6-8 cloves of Confit Garlic (you can also use Roasted Garlic or Minced Garlic. You can also substitute this and the Butter with a Garlic and Herb Butter)

2-3 sticks of Butter (Room Temperature)

1 tablespoon of Chicken Seasoning (Italian Seasoning Will Also Work)

1-2 tablespoons of Chopped Basil (You Can Substitute This With Parsley)
- Marinara Sauce

1 ½ cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 ½ cups of Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 tablespoon of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning

2 cups of Olive Oil
-
½-1 pound of Fresh Peeled Garlic
- Rosemary

Fire Chief Hot Sauce
Directions
In an oven safe dish add all your fresh peeled garlic.
Submerge all the garlic in olive oil.
- Add a stem of rosemary.
- Place in your oven at 225 degrees for 60 minutes.
- After 1 hour remove the garlic confit and let it cool down.
In a mixing bowl add 6-8 cloves of confit garlic, butter, seasoning, basil, ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese & Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning.
- Mix thoroughly till you develop a compound butter
Butter both sides of your French bread.
- Mix shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese together.
- Add your shredded cheese mixture on top of the French bread.
- Place in your oven on broil for 5-7 minutes.
- Once all the cheese is golden brown and bubbly it is done.
- Let it cool down for 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice up and dip in marinara sauce or drizzle with Hot Sauce!
