Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 4-5 Cloves Garlic Minced
- Juice Of 1/2 A Lemon 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Top Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Claymore Cajun Seasoning

1 Tbsp Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Chives
- 1 Tsp Thyme

Standard Issue Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, Claymore Cajun Seasoning , and Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Add fresh parsley, chives, thyme, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Continue to stir until the herbs are evenly distributed.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the Cowboy Butter to cool slightly.
- Once cooled, transfer the butter mixture to a bowl or mold and refrigerate until it solidifies.
- Serve the Cowboy Butter with grilled steaks, chicken, seafood, or roasted vegetables.
