Fast and easy way to make classic buffalo wings without frying them! These can be done on the grill, oven, or preferred an air fryer. These are great for a party for the big game or when your crazing those wings!

Ingredients
5lb Chicken Wings
118 Grams of Butter
-
118 Grams of Fire Chief Hot Sauce
1/2 of a Lemon zest
-
1/2 TBS Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
Directions
Prep the wings, cut wings in half to separate the drums from the wingettes.
Season the wings with Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning.
Place in oven or grill at 400 deg for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked to 165 deg and desired crispness.
Melt 1 part butter in frying pan, mix in 1 part Fire Chief Hot Sauce on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Transfer buffalo sauce from pan to large bowl.
Add 1/2 of a Lemon zest and 1/2 TBS Platoon Sergeant Seasoning and mix.
Toss wings in sauce bowl, and toss to coat.
