Garlic Parmesan-Stuffed Mushrooms are a delightful appetizer bursting with savory flavors and a satisfyingly creamy texture. These delectable mushrooms are a perfect blend of earthy mushrooms, zesty garlic, and rich Parmesan cheese, creating a mouthwatering dish that will leave your taste buds craving for more.
Ingredients
- 15 Mushrooms
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tablespoons Chopped Shallot

Cannibal All Purpose Spice
- 8 Ounces Softened Cream Cheese
- ¼ Cup Of Breadcrumbs
- ½ Cup Of Grated Parmesan (Save ¼ Cup For The End)
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- Chopped Parsley, To Garnish
Directions
Preheat precision oven to 350°F
- Cut the stems off of each of the mushrooms and finely chop them, setting the mushroom caps aside for later.
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
Cook the chopped stems with the garlic and shallots.
Season with Cannibal All Purpose Spice.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine cooked stems, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup parmesan, parsley.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Place your mushroom caps evenly on a baking sheet, upside down.
- Spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on top of each mushroom.
- Top each mushroom with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes on the bottom rack
- Once the cheese is golden brown they are done
- Garnish with chopped parsley & enjoy
