Chicken Breast Glazed and ready to shine
Ingredients

6-8 chicken breasts (Bone in)

Directions
Let chicken breasts come up to room temperature
Season the chicken first with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
Then sprinkle Crispy's Mango Habanero on top ( If you want to make it spicier add more of this seasoning)
Let the chicken sit for about 15 minutes
In the meantime Get your smoker up to 300 degrees (I used a hickory and pecan blend)
Once your smoker is up to temperature place the chicken on the grate
Insert a temperature probe and set it to 162 degrees internal
I recommend when chicken hits 158-160 internal you warm up the GYAO Rib Glaze
At this time increase your smoker/oven temperature to 325-350 degrees
When the internal temperature hits 162 Degrees internal glaze the chicken with the RPG Vodka Rib Glaze
Once the chicken hits 165 degrees internal temperature it is done pull them off and let them sit for 5 minutes
Either eat them as is or cut them off the bones and enjoy!
