This Green Bean casserole is very simple to make and could even be made hours in advance or even the night before. Our Cannibal All purpose Spice gives this side dish a southwestern twist, our Black Cherry Somked Sea Salt will give it a subtly sweet smokey flavor, and our Infidel Bacon finishes off this dish with an added crunch bursting with flavor. This'll be the veggie dish that you'll actually want to eat!
Ingredients

3-4 bags of Green Beans
-
1 pound of Sliced Bacon
-
1-2 Packages of Mushrooms
-
Cannibal All Purpose Spice
-
Infidel Pork Rub
-
Black Cherry Smoked Sea Salt
-
Freshly Grated Parmigiana Cheese
-
Cooking Oil/Spray ( I used Duck Fat )
Directions
Lay your bacon flat on a wire rack inside of a cooking tray. (You can overlap some of the bacon strips because it will shrink down)
Season one side of your bacon with Infidel Pork Rub
Place your bacon in your oven at 350 degrees
Cook your bacon until brown (Should take you anywhere from 10-15 minutes)
Chop up your bacon and set it to the side
Slice up your mushrooms and set them to side
Heat up and oil a pan on medium low heat
Add your green beans and drizzle a little oil over the top and add Black Cherry Smoked Sea Salt on top
Cover your pan and cook your green beans for about 20 minutes ( Stir/mix the beans every 5 minutes or so)
Once the green beans start to soften up, add your mushrooms and mix
After a few minutes, season your beans and mushrooms with Cannibal All Purpose Spice
Once your mushrooms are completely soft, grate your parmigiana cheese over the top and add to a serving dish
Plate up some beans and enjoy!
