Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, uncooked (you can use spicy sausage as well)
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups Bisquick
- 1 package bacon, cooked and chopped

1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

4 oz pickled hatch green chilis (you can use pickled jalapenos as well)

2 tablespoons of Cannibal All-Purpose Spice

Infidel Pork Rub
Directions
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl
- Season the mixture with Cannibal All-Purpose Spice
- Mix with your hands thoroughly so everything is mixed through
- Form your balls (You can make these as big or as small as you like)
- Season each ball with Infidel Pork Rub
- Set your smoker to 425 degrees
- Smoke your popper meatballs till they reach an internal temp of 165 degrees
- Pull them off and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving
- Plate up and enjoy!
