Ingredients
2 flat breads
1 and 1/2 pounds of shredded mozzarella
20-25 slices of pepperoni
-
1/2 TBSP of Platoon Sergeant
-
1/2 TBSP of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Cooking oil ( I used Olive Oil)
1 TBSP of Oregano
1 & 1/2 TBSP of Minced Garlic
1 TBSP of Chopped Onion (Diced Very Small)
1 pound of Tomato Sauce
1/2 pound of Tomato Paste
Directions
First thing we need to do is assemble our sauce
In a small pot heat up your cooking oil on low-medium heat
Once oil comes up to temp place in your Garlic & Onions
Once the garlic & onions start to become translucent add in your tomato sauce
Let that heat up for 5 minutes then add your tomato paste
After another 5 minutes add your Platoon Sergeant, Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning & Oregano
Once everything is in the sauce lower the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 35 minutes
After the sauce has simmered place in the refrigerator
Start to Shred your mozzarella cheese
Coat your flat breads with a small amount of cooking oil
Spread out your sauce evenly on the flat breads
Evenly spread your mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
Place your pepperoni on top of the cheese
Set your oven or smoker to 375 degrees
Place your pizza into the oven or smoker
Cook until the cheese starts to become golden brown (should be around 15-25 minutes)
Slice your flat bread into squares
Serve and enjoy!
