This Oyster Rockefeller recipe is a must try. It is so simple to make and does not require a lot of time. If you get your oysters already shucked this will take very little effort and time to make. I put a Cajun twist on this recipe with our Claymore Cajun Seasoning. It added a lot of flavor and a little heat. The Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt is a game changer as well. The heavy cream and cream cheese tie this whole appetizer together making it a rich and creamy. Make sure you top these oysters at the end with some lemon juice, you wont regret it!

Recipe Note
If you ran out of Claymore Cajun Seasoning, a great substitute is our Crispy’s Mango Habanero. If you are making these for folks that can’t handle heat (the kiddos), we recommend using our Platoon Sergeant SPG Seasoning.
