Smoked Buffalo Turkey Dip

I made this with some leftover turkey from Christmas. I had all these ingredients already which makes this recipe real easy to throw together. Our ranch dip takes this simple dish to the next level. This recipe is perfect for Sunday football or for the super bowl!

Ingredients
16 oz. Cream Cheese - Softened (room temperature)
¾ cup. Buffalo Sauce

⅓ cup Ranch Dip
-
¾ cup Fire Chief Hot Sauce
¾ cup Melted Butter

Claymore Cajun Seasoning
2 cups. chopped, cooked Turkey
2 cups. sharp cheddar cheese, divided
4 scallions, thinly sliced, divided
Sour Cream
Chips For serving
Directions
Score your cream cheese in a cross hatch pattern
Season Your Cream Cheese on all sides with Claymore Cajun Seasoning
Set your smoker to 250 degrees
Place your cream cheese on a cooking rack and place in the smoker for 45 minutes
After your cream cheese is smoked place it in a mixing bowl
Add your Turkey, Ranch, 1 cup of sharp cheddar, Scallions and your buffalo sauce & Mix thoroughly
Place Your Dip into a cast iron or even safe deep dish and place back on the smoker
After 15 minutes stir your dip and top off with rest of your sharp cheddar cheese
Increase your heat to 350 degrees
Once your cheese is completely melted and golden brown remove from your smoker
Top Your dip off with some sour cream and scallions and enjoy!
