Smoked Cream Cheese

This is Simple recipe and does not require a lot of time or work!
8 ounce Block of cream cheese
Sliced Green Onions for garnish
Cannibal All Purpose Spice
Fire Chief Hot Sauce
Season back side of Cream cheese with Cannibal All Purpose Spice
Turn over the cream cheese and score it diagonally
Season the scored side with Cannibal All Purpose Spice
Set your smoker 300 degrees (I used Oak pellets)
Place your Seasoned block of cream cheese in the smoker for 60-75 minutes till the scores are more defined
Once it has the color you want pull out and plate with chips surrounding the Smoked Cream cheese
Drizzle Fire Chief Hot Sauce over the top of the Cream cheese
Garnish with Sliced Green Onions
Dip and Enjoy!
