Smoked cream cheese topped with a sticky, sweet, and spicy bacon jam made with crispy bacon, caramelized onions, Infidel Pork Rub, Donkey Dongs, maple syrup, and brown sugar. It’s the perfect balance of smoky, creamy, and bold flavors—ideal for game days, BBQs, or anytime you need a winning appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 whole white onion

- ½ cup brown sugar

Infidel Pork Rub

Donkey Dongs & Dong Juice

8 Primal Bacon (1.5 lbs)
Directions
Smoked Cream Cheese
Season the cream cheese generously with Infidel Pork Rub
- Place it in your smoker and let it smoke until softened and infused with flavor.
Bacon Jam
- Cut the bacon into small bits (about ½ inch pieces). Season generously with Infidel Pork Rub.
- Cook the bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until crispy, being careful not to overcook it.
- Drain the bacon fat, but save it for later. Place the cooked bacon bits on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
- Thinly chop the white onion (or use a slicing tool as shown in the video).
- In the same pan, sauté and caramelize the onions using the reserved bacon fat.
- Once caramelized, add the bacon bits back into the pan.
Stir in ½ cup of brown sugar and let it dissolve.
Add about ½ jar of Donkey Dongs including the Dong Juice (you can slice them into smaller pieces if preferred).
Pour in the maple syrup and stir everything together.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency.
Assembly
- Remove the smoked cream cheese from the grill.
- Top it generously with the sweet & spicy bacon jam.
- Store any extra bacon jam in a jar for later use.
