- 48 oz sliced peaches in syrup, drained
- 1/4 cup reserved peach syrup
- 2 oz bourbon, optional
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 2 boxes corn muffin mix
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
