Ingredients

1 - 1 ½ lbs Catfish (or other white fish)

Gunpowder Steak and Brisket Seasoning
-
3 - 4 Tbsp lime juice
-
¼ cup of Japanese mayo
-
1 Chopped Onion
-
Optional: Serrano peppers, chopped

Corn Tortillas
-
1 cup Sour Cream
-
1 tsp Pop Smoke Taco & Fajita Seasoning
-
1 - 2 cloves minced garlic
-
¼ cup of Japanese mayo
-
2 limes, zested and juiced
-
Shredded cheese
-
Fresh Pico de Gallo
-
Lime Crema Sauce
-
Fresh cClantro

Directions
Pat your fish dry, then dust with Gunpowder Steak and Brisket Seasoning. Place in a food processor.
Add the lime juice, Japanese mayo, onion, and peppers (optional) to the food processor and blend well until the mixture becomes a “paste-like” consistency.
Preheat your skillet or Blackstone!
While you are waiting for the Blackstone to warm up, go ahead and make your lime crema sauce! In a small bowl, mix all the crema sauce ingredients, then set aside in the fridge while you cook your tacos.
Cook your tacos! Grab a corn tortilla, and spread a generous amount of the “fish paste” on one side of the tortilla. Slap it down onto the heated Blackstone, paste side down and cook for about 1 minute, until the paste has a little char on it. Flip the tortilla over (paste side up) and add toppings - shredded cheese, fresh pico (Check out our pico video!), lime crema sauce, and fresh cilantro.
