Claymore Cajun Shrimp Biscuit

Shrimps - Cleaned and Shell Free
Big Butter Biscuits
Generously season the shrimps with some Claymore Cajun Seasoning
Saute the shrimps at a low heat. Let it cool for 10 mins.
Dump the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, flatten each biscuits dough.
Add 3-4 shrimps and some cheese to the thinly rolled dough and seal it after.
Put the biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake it for 11-15 mins at 350 degrees.
Microwave the butter.
Add a tablespoon of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning to the melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
At 11 mins, brush the biscuits with the butter and Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning mixture.
Pop it back into the oven until it has a golden brown top.
Finish them off with another glaze of your butter mixture.
