Ingredients
- 4-5 Flanken Short Ribs

Original Style BBQ Sauce

Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
- 1 stick of butter
Directions
Cut each short rib down each bone to make 1 bone ribs
- Season all your short ribs on both sides with Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
- Set your smoker to 225 degrees
- Place your flanken short ribs on your smoker on indirect heat
- Once your internal temperature hits 165 place it in a oven safe deep dish tray
- Slice up your butter into small squares and place them all around the short ribs
- Drizzle Original Style BBQ Sauce sauce over the top evenly
- Cover with aluminum foil and place back in your smoker at 250 degrees
- Let those braise for about 40 minutes or till the short ribs are probe tender
- Cook for another 15 minutes with the foil off
- Let them rest for about 10 minutes and serve!
