Infidel Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork for days!
Let your pork butt come up to room temperature
Mix together 1 cup of apple juice and 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
Inject your pork evenly with the apple mixture
Rub a light coat of yellow mustard all over the pork butt
Season your pork all over with Infidel Pork Rub and let it sit for 20 minutes
Fire up your smoker with your desired wood flavor (I used pecan)
Place pork butt on the smoker
Every hour spritz your pork with apple juice
Once your pork butt is to your desired color pull it off and place in a metal tray (I pulled mine around 4-5 hours)
Once in the tray drizzle honey over the top and cover the whole tray with tin foil
Place back on the smoker with a temperature probe in the thickest part
Once the pork reaches 200 degrees pull the whole tray off the smoker and place the pork butt in an empty cooler for a minimum of 30 minutes (I let mine sit for 45-60 minutes)
After it had rested either use meat claws or heat resistant gloves and pull away!
