Leftover Cajun Turkey Soup

This soups is great for the day after thanksgiving! Most people have so much left over Turkey they don’t know what to do with! Don’t worry the GYAO team has got you covered! This soup is so simple to make and is packed with flavor! This is something you can throw together in the the morning and let it simmer all day till you are ready to eat!
Chop Your carrots & Celery Sticks into small pieces
Chop your onions
Mince your garlic
Place a soup pot on your stove at medium-low heat
Coat the bottom of the pot with cooking oil
Once the pot is heated throw in your carrots, celery, onions and garlic
After 5 minutes stir everything around and repeat after another 5 minutes
Once everything is sweated down, Add your Standard Issue Seasoning
If its not salty enough to your liking add some Black Cherry Smoked Sea Salt
Add your chicken broth and once it comes up to temp, lower your stove temperature and let the veggies and broth simmer for 1-2 hours
After 1-2 hours add your left over cajun turkey
Let that simmer for 30 minutes
Add your soup to a bowl let it cool for a minute and Enjoy!
