Ingredients
- 15-20 Chicken wings (Seperated)

M26 Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Frying Oil

Thermometer
- 1 Head of Cilantro
- 1 Head of Italian Parsley
- ½ of 1 Shallot, Diced
- 4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- ½ Tablespoon of Red Chili Flakes
- ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ¾ Cup Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of M26 Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Ingredients for Chimichurri
Directions
Dry off all the wigs with paper towels
Season wings on both sides with M26 Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Place on your smoker at 325 degrees till they reach an internal temp of 170
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the chimichurri
- Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 30-40 minutes
- Once your wings reach 170 degrees internal remove them from the smoker
- Set your frying oil to 350 degrees
- Deep fry the lemon pepper wings for 3-4 minutes
- Once all your wings are fried place them in a large mixing bowl
- Drizzle the chimichurri over the top of the chicken wings
- Toss till all sides of the chicken wings are coated with chimichurri
- Plate up and enjoy!
