Homemade Loaded Cheese Fries

Ingredients
-
2 lbs Ground beef
-
1 diced tomato
-
Green onion for garnish
-
1 half cup of mayo
-
2 tbsp french dressing
-
4 tsp sweet relish
-
1 tbsp finely minced white onion
-
1 tsp of white vinegar
-
1 tsp of granulated sugar
-
pinch of salt
-
2 tsp Fire Chief Hot Sauce
-
Cannibal All Purpose to taste
-
Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt to taste
-
Platoon Sergeant Seasoning to taste
-
3 whole potatoes
-
3 tbsp cornstarch
-
half stick of butter (we used salted butter)
-
1/4 cup of Gouda cheese
-
1/4 cup of colby jack cheese
-
1/4 of shredded cheddar cheese
-
vegetable oil for deep frying the fries
-
Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning to taste
-
2 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp mustard
Directions
Add the following into a mixing bowl - mayo, french dressing, sweet relish, ketchup, mustard, white onion, Cannibal All purpose Seasoning, Platoon Sergeant Seasoning, Fire Chief Hot Sauce, Sugar, White vinegar and salt. Mix thoroughly and place in fridge.
Slice up your potatoes in to large fries
Submerge fires in ice water for 30 minutes
Drain fries then coat with cornstarch
Add to small pot, half stick of butter and all the listed cheeses and season with Cannibal All Purpose Seasoning
Deep fry your fries at 300 degrees until crispy
Fry up your ground beef with Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
Salt your fries with Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt
Plate up fries
Drizzle your sauce from the fridge over the top
Add your ground beef
Add cheese sauce on top of the ground beef
Top with chopped onion, tomato and green onion
Proceed to shove mass quantities of these into you mouth and enjoy. Share or keep to yourself!
