- 1.5-2 Pounds Of Chicken Breast/Cutlets
- Black Olives
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Oil And Vinegar Dressing
- You Can Also Add Cucumbers Or Whatever You Like Keep It Healthy

Directions
Season all the chicken cutlets on both sides with Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
- Heat up a skillet on medium heat and add Olive Oil
- Cook all your chicken till the internal temp reaches 163-165 degrees
- Let them rest for 20-25 minutes
- Chop up your Romaine Lettuce
- Wash all your greens thoroughly
- Spread your lettuce out between 5 Meal Prep bowls
- Add in all your Chicken, Tomatoes, and Black Olives
