Smash Burger Tacos

Introducing our mouthwatering Smash Burger Tacos — a tantalizing fusion of two beloved culinary classics.
Prepare to embark on a flavor-packed adventure where the art of the smash burger collides with the vibrant world of tacos, resulting in a culinary masterpiece that will leave your taste buds begging for more.
1 pound of Ground Beef
(I recommend using a 90/10)
- American cheese
4 small Tortillas
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French Dressing
1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tablespoon Finely Minced White Onion
1 teaspoon White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
Standard Issue Salt and Pepper to taste
Ingredients for Burger Sauce
Spread your beef out on a small tortilla.
Sear the taco in a hot pan meat side down for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the taco so the back side of the tortilla browns.
Add a slice of american cheese and cover the pan so the cheese melts.
Once the cheese melts remove the taco from the pan.
Place 2 Donkey Dongs on each taco.
Add some chopped onion.
Add some chopped lettuce.
Finish it off with your burger sauce.
For additional heat, drizzle some Fire Chief Hot Sauce on top!
