- 5-6 Pork Belly Strips
- Tablespoon Of Rice Wine
- Tablespoon Of Sugar
- ½ Cup Of Green Onions
- Sesame Seeds
- 4 Cloves Of Garlic Sliced
- ½ Tablespoon Of Ginger Paste
- Pinch Of Black Pepper
- 4 Cups Of Chicken Broth (Warm)

- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger

Directions
Assemble your marinade and put it to the side.
- Place your pork belly at the bottom of a pot.
- Add your chicken broth and sliced garlic.
- Add your sugar and rice wine.
- Add a pinch of pepper and your ginger paste.
- Let that simmer for 2-3 hours.
- Remove your pork belly from the broth and pat it dry. Let it cool off.
- Slice the pork belly into ½-inch strips.
- Heat up a skillet on medium/high heat.
Lightly season your pork with Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning.
- Sear off your pork belly until it gets brown on both sides.
- Add your marinade and let it cook down until it becomes sticky.
- Add your green onions at the end and mix well.
- Plate the pork belly over a bed of rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
