Ingredients
- 4-6 Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 4-6 Brioche Buns
- Vegetable Or Peanut Oil
- 2 Cups Of All Purpose Flour

Claymore Cajun Seasoning

Cannibal All Purpose Spice
- 1 Cup Of Buttermilk
- 1 Egg
-
2 Tablespoons of Fire Chief Hot Sauce
- Mayo

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, add your all-purpose flour.
Season the flour with Cannibal All Purpose Spice and Claymore Cajun Seasoning
In another bowl, add your buttermilk, egg, and Fire Chief Hot Sauce
- Dredge your chicken thighs from dry, wet, dry.
- Set your fryer to 315 degrees.
- Fry off your chicken for 3-4 minutes.
- Pat dry.
- Set your fryer to 350 degrees.
- Fry off your chicken again until golden brown.
Add some Cannibal All Purpose Spice seasoning to a bowl.
- Add some of the oil you were frying in to the seasoning and mix.
- Coat your chicken thighs in the oil.
- Put mayo on both sides of the bun.
- Add your chicken on the bottom bun.
Then layer on your pickles.
- Plate up and enjoy!
