Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Of Beef (Such As Chuck Roast Or Brisket), Boneless
- 2 Onions, Chopped
- 2-3 Dried Guajillo Or Ancho Chilies, Stems And Seeds Removed
- 7-8 Whole Garlic Cloves
- 2-3 Tomatoes

Cannibal All Purpose Spice
- 4 Cups Beef Broth

Standard Issue Salt & Pepper

Oil For Cooking (Duck Fat)
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 4 Cups Of Water
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Egg Roll Wrappers
Directions
Season your beef on all sides with Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning and Cannibal All Purpose Spice
In an oiled skillet, sear your beef on all sides.
After the beef is done in the same skillet sear off your tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
Place your chilies in boiling water with one cinnamon stick.
- Let them simmer for about 15-20 minutes until softened.
In a blender, combine the soaked chilies, chopped onion, minced garlic, splash of beef broth. Blend until you have a smooth paste.
(Make sure you remove your cinnamon stick)
Add your beef into a large pot.
Pour in your birria mixture over the top.
(Add a 50/50 mix of beef broth and water till the beef is completely submerged.
- Let the birria cook for 2-3 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shreds.
- Once the beef is cooked, shred it using two forks.
Place down an egg roll wrapper and add some shredded beef.
Top off with shredded mozzarella cheese and wet all the edges of the egg roll wrapper.
Roll the egg roll up tight.
Fry off on both sides will golden brown.
Slice in half and dip in consommé.
