Buffalo Chicken Dip

Pit Master Paul the perfect party dip! This versatile dip can be the served with pretty much anything. bread, chips, carrots sticks, bell pepper slices or even plain. This creamy mouthwatering dip will knock your socks off.
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened (room temperature)

3/4 cup. buffalo sauce
-
1/3 cup Ranch Dip
-
3/4 cup. buffalo sauce
-
Crispy's Mango Habanero Seasoning
-
2 cups. chopped, cooked chicken
-
2 cups. sharp cheddar cheese, divided
-
4 scallions, thinly sliced, divided
-
1 Tbsp Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
-
Veggies and chips for serving
Directions
Preheat the grill to 375°F
Season chicken with Crispy’s Mango Habanero Seasoning
Grill chicken till internal temp reaches 165 degrees
Dice chicken into small pieces
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese until very creamy and smooth
Mix in the buffalo sauce and Ranch Dip.
Stir in the chicken, blue cheese (optional), 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, and
one-half of the scallions. Season with 1 tablespoon of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Transfer to a casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the edges are bubbly and happy
Remove and add remaining cheese, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. (till cheese is golden brown)
Sprinkle with the remaining sliced scallions.
Serve with veggies and chips.
