Lamb Loin Chops
Pitmaster Paul S.
When it's time to grill the lamb loin chops, they are cooked over a hot grill or barbecue to achieve a beautiful caramelized crust on the outside while keeping the meat tender and juicy on the inside!
The grilling process imparts a smoky flavor and creates visually appealing grill marks on the surface of the chops.
