Looking to add some excitement to your barbecue? Our Mango Habanero Ribs will do just that. The perfect combination of Crispy's Mango Habanero and Infidel Pork Rub, creating a symphony of flavors that will have your taste buds dancing. Juicy, tender, and packed with a delightful kick, these ribs are a must-try.
Check your ribs. Trim any excess fat and remove the membrane.
Spray some Duck Fat and season your ribs with Crispy’s Mango Habanero.
Smoke ribs at 250 degrees for 3 hours, spritzing water or beer every hour to keep the ribs moist.
After 3 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker and wrap it in foil.
Add butter, honey and Infidel Pork Rub.
Place your ribs into the foil and place back to the grill for 3 more hours.
Let rest and unwrap.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
