You can never go wrong with the BBQ Classic burnt ends.
Ingredients

Pork belly strips or slab

Butter
-
Brown sugar
-
-
Honey
-
Directions
Cube up pork belly into small cubes
Season all sides of the pork belly with Infidel Pork Rub
Place pork belly on a cooking rack and let it sit for 15-20 minutes
Set your smoker to 250 degrees
Place the whole cooking rack of pork belly on the smoker for 3 hours
Place the whole cooking rack of pork belly on the smoker for 3 hours
Once a nice bark forms take the pork belly off the smoker
Place pork belly into a deep dish pan and top with butter pads
Sprinkle brown sugar over the pork belly
Drizzle honey over the pork belly
Cover the dish with tin foil and place back on the smoker for about an hour and 30 minutes
Take all the pork belly out and place into a separate dish
Glaze the pork belly with Bunker Bacon Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Place back on the smoker for 15-20 minutes so the sauce becomes warm
Plate and enjoy
