Regular espresso martinis are solid, but they can lean a little one-note. Hit the top with Basic B and everything changes. The dehydrated honey and real-deal pie spices melt right into that foam, giving you that warm fall aroma before the first sip even hits. It smooths out the bitterness and adds just enough sweetness and spice to keep things interesting.

Ingredients

3 oz Vodka (1.5 oz per drink)

2 to 3 oz Fresh Espresso (1 to 1.5 oz per drink, depending on how strong you like your coffee!)

1 oz Coffee Liqueur (0.5 oz per drink)

1.5 oz Simple Syrup (0.75 oz per drink)

Basic B Pumpkin Pie Spice (For garnish)
Directions
Throw two martini or coupe glasses in the freezer. A cold glass makes a better drink.
Load the shaker. Start by pouring your vodka, fresh espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Shake it hard. You need that hard agitation to build up a thick, frothy crema from the espresso.
Strain evenly into your chilled glasses.
Generously dust the foam with our Basic B Pumpkin Pie Spice.
