Ingredients
- 1 package (about 1 lb) of your favorite sausage, sliced

1 tablespoon Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning

½ cup Hellfire Honey Habanero Barbecue Sauce (or your favorite Grill Your Ass Off BBQ sauce)

1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- ½ medium onion, diced
- ½ cup bell pepper, diced
Directions
- Brown the Sausage: In a large pan, cook the sausage slices until browned on each side. Remove sausage from the pan and set aside.
- Sauté Veggies: Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan with the sausage grease. Cook until softened and slightly translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Toast the Rice: Stir in the rice and toast for about 2 minutes, letting it soak up the flavors.
Add Liquids & Seasoning: Pour in the chicken broth, BBQ sauce, Ma Deuce steak seasoning, and minced garlic. Mix everything well.
- Simmer: Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Cook: Cover the pan, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Serve: Fluff with a fork, scoop onto plates or bowls, and dig in!
