Classic BBQ Dish is Always a No Brainer

Ingredients
Steak of your choosing
Potatoes
Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Chives
Butter
Avocado or olive oil
Bacon bits

Directions
Coat your potatoes with oil
Sprinkle the whole potato with Standard Issue Salt & Pepper Seasoning
Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees
Assemble your Ranch Dip and place it in the refrigerator
Place potatoes in the oven for 2 hours
Trim your steak to your preference
Season your steak on all sides with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
Let your steak sit for about 15 minutes after seasoning
Cook the steak the way you like (I reverse seared the steak)
When the steak reaches your desired internal temp tent in tin foil for 10-15 minutes
While the steak rests assemble your loaded baked potato
Pull the potatoes out of the oven and wrap in foil
Make a slit down the potato with a knife and add your butter
Let the butter melt
Add the Ranch Dip
Then place shredded cheddar cheese
Add sliced chives
Add bacon bits
Cut your steak up
Plate everything and enjoy
