First one I tried when I took out a beef roast!
R ubbed the roast well with Ma Duce set it in a roaster with 2 beers to prevent burning or sticking to the pan. Let it sit in the pan a couple hours turning over half way because it was a bit frozen yet.
Roast was moist and a great grill flavor! and again didn't freeze my ass off, but grilled it off!
