Chimichurri Chicken Wings

A great way to change up wing night!
separate your wings
Then add the following in a good processor- 50/50 blend of cilantro, parsley then add your garlic, onion, Standard Issue Salt & Pepper Seasonings, Red wine vinegar and olive oil
Blend together the chimichurri
Once blended put in a bowl and place in the refrigerator
Place your wings in a bowl
Coat the wings in olive oil
Toss wings so the seasoning coats all sides
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Place wings into oven till internal temperature reaches 170 degrees
Then place oven on broil for 5-10 minutes to make them crisp
Take the wings out and pour all of the chimichurri on top of the wings
Toss the wings so it covers all sides
Plate and enjoy!
