Claymore Cajun Sliders

This week Pit Master paul made some kick ASS slider for lunch using our Claymore Cajun Seasoning! These party pleasers are so rich and buttery you cant just eat one.
Ingredients
-
1 white onion
-
2 Bell Peppers
-
1 TBSP of minced garlic
-
4 TBSP of butter
-
1/2 TBSP of Hot Sauce
-
1 TBSP of Claymore Cajun Seasoning
-
1 cup of Mayo
-
5-6 Slices of Muenster cheese
-
1/2-1 Pound of Buffalo chicken Turkey breast

Package of Hawaiian Rolls
Directions
Slice up your bell peppers and onion thin and sauté them on medium low heat
In a pot start to melt your butter
Once the butter melts add minced garlic and lower heat
Slice your Hawaiian rolls all the way through
Layer your Chicken breast along the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls
Add your sautéed Peppers and onions on top of the Chicken breast
Add your Mayo, Claymore Cajun Seasoning and hot sauce to a bowl and mix thoroughly
On the top half of the buns spread the Cajun Mayo evenly
Place the top of the Hawaiian rolls on the other half and coat the buns with Melted Garlic butter
Place the sandwich in the oven at 350 degrees till the buns become golden brown (5-7 minutes est.)
Cut the rolls along the lines to make sliders and enjoy!
