Generously coat each steak with Gunpowder Steak & Brisket Seasoning and Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
Vacuum-seal each steak individually, ensuring a tight seal to preserve the rich flavors during the cooking process.
Place the vacuum-sealed steaks into the sous vide machine. Set the temperature precisely to 130 degrees for a perfect medium-rare steak. Allow them to immerse in the sous vide bath and cook for a duration of 2 hours.
After the 2-hour sous vide cooking period, carefully open the vacuum-sealed bags. Gently pat the steaks dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
Heat a pan and grease it with oil. Sear each steak for a few minutes on each side until a desirable crust is achieved, enhancing the flavors with a delectable sear.
Slice them up and your perfectly seasoned, sous vide-cooked, and seared steaks are ready to be savored.
