It's that time of year again, time to get spooky! So here's the first of 4 Halloween inspired recipes that will sure to WOW your guests at your Halloween Party!
Ingredients

½ Tablespoon Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
-
Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt
-
3-5 Ripe Avocados
-
Fresh Tomatoes (Diced)
-
1-2 Red Onions (Diced)
-
Cilantro (Chopped Fine)
-
1-2 Limes (Juiced)
-
1 Small Pumpkin
-
Tortilla Chips (black to be more festive)
Directions
Pumpkin Carving
Draw a face on your Pumpkin.
Remove the top of the Pumpkin and carve out the insides.
Carve out the face of your Pumpkin and set aside for the end.
Guacamole
Open up avocados, de-seed and place avocado in a mixing bowl.
Mash up the avocado to start to form guacamole (mash to desired texture)
Add your diced tomatoes, diced red onions, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to the mixing bowl with the mashed avocado.
Season the contents of the mixing bowl with ½ tablespoon of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Mix the contents of the mixing bowl thoroughly.
Add your Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt to taste and mix again.
Decorating your Dish
Get a long serving dish and place the Jack-O’-Lantern at the top of the dish.
Then put your Guacamole down the serving dish. Make sure and start at the mouth or end of your Pumpkin all the way down to the end of the dish.
Add tortilla chips as desired for your decoration.
Dip a chip and enjoy!
