Wagyu Loaded Hotdogs

Thanks to KC Cattle Co. for the hotdogs! What can we say except these were awesome.
1 sweet onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Infidel Pork Rub
6 ounces white cheddar cheese, freshly grated
Heat skillet over low heat.
Add one tablespoon of olive oil
Add diced onions with a pinch of Infidel Pork Rub. Stir to coat. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure the onions don’t burn. Cook until completely caramelized. Once caramelized, set aside.
Grill hot dogs on medium heat until browned. Place each hot dog in abun and top with your favorite toppings.
