Spicy Chicken Sandwiches
Chef Nick kills it with these homemade spicy chicken sandwiches! Forget the fast food joints and try these Chef Nick style sandwiches for lunch or dinner! Plus it’s so much BETTER and surprisingly easy to make at home! These bad boys are not even fired so it is a little healthier but it all depends on the toppings so it can be a guilty pleasure.
Cut chicken breast in half (so they fit on the buns)
Season with Crispy's Mango Habanero
Put chicken on grill at 350 until internal temp is 165
When chicken is almost finished place provolone cheese on top of the chicken on the grill so it melts
Take butter and melt it in the microwave in small dish
Add Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning to butter and mix
Take the butter and seasoning mix and brush on your brioche buns
Place buns on the grill to toast for about 5-8 minutes
Once buns are toasty remove from the grill and remove you chicken with melted cheese on to bun
Add Donkey Dongs and your favorite toppings to complete your sandwich
Serve and enjoy!
We used provolone cheese and mayo on our sandwiches. you can switch up the cheese and the toppings to fit your taste!
