Sous Vide Lamb Chops

This recipe is super easy! The Sous Vide makes cooking this lamb rack so simple and you will get perfect results every time! I seasoned the lamb chops with our Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning and the flavor was great. The whole family approved of this way to cook lamb it was super tender. I highly recommend cooking your lamb chops in a sous vide!
Trim up your lamb rack up remove all unwanted fat and silver skin
Season your lamb with Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
Place in a vacuum sealed back and remove the air (This can also be done in a zip lock bag by using the water displacement method)
Set your Sous Vide machine to 128 degrees
Place your Bagged lamb rack into the water and let it cook for 2 hours
After 2 hours remove the lamb rack from the bag and pat completely dry (This step is extremely important because if you dont pat it dry you will not develop a crust when searing)
Heat up your skillet on medium hight heat
Coat your skillet with avocado oil
Sear off the meat side first for 1-2 minutes
Flip your lamb rack and add your butter
Once your butter is melted start basting the entire lamb rack for about a minute then remove the lamb rack and place on a cutting board
Slice up your lamb rack into lamb chops
Place the Lamb Chops on a bed of asparagus
Then Sprinkle some Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt over the lamb chops
Plate up and enjoy!
Sous vide a whole lamb rack is a no-brainer perfect for apartment-style living. You vacuum seal the lamb rack and place it in the sous vide and you are good to go about your business for 2-4 hours.
