Tuna Club Sandwich

This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy lunch!
Open both cans of tuna and drain the liquid out
Place the tuna in a mixing bowl
Add mayonnaise (Depending on your preference use 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise if you like creamier add 1 & 1/2 tablespoons)
Slice up your small onion or shallot and add to the bowl
The Donkey Dongs Sweet Fire Pickles you can either chop up and put in the tuna mixture or add full slices on top of the tuna mixture when you assemble your sandwich
Season to taste with Pop Smoke Taco & Fajita Seasoning
Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator
Slice up your tomatoes
Slice up your lettuce
Toast your roll or bread (optional)
Spread tuna mixture onto the bottom bun
Add tomatoes on top of the tuna
Enjoy a quick and easy lunch!
