Breakfast Meal Prep Egg Muffins
Easy Breakfast Meal Prep Egg Muffins that are low carb, keto, and great for on the go! These were my favorites when I was on active duty and competing in fitness competitions. You can keep these in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze them for up to a month (past that you're on your own...).
I made two of my favorite recipes for this: a cheesy mushroom & tomato & a classic bacon, egg, & cheese! Feel free to put your own twist on this and show us the results by tagging @grillyourassoff!
Preheat over to 350°F
In a large bowl, mix together 12 eggs and Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
Spray or grease 12 cup muffin tray with non stick spray. Make sure to spray inside the muffin tin and on the top so that when the muffins expand they don’t stick to the top!
Add egg mixture 3/4 ways up in the muffin tray
Divide topping to your choice, I did 4 cheesy mushroom & tomato and 8 classic bacon, egg & cheese
Place into the oven for 12-15 minutes or until set.
