Directions
Season all sides of the pork belly strips with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
Season all sides of the pork belly strips with Cannibal All Purpose Spice
Set your smoker to 225 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
After 30-40 minutes spritz the pork belly with water.
Bump up the heat to 275 degrees.
Once the Pork belly strips become probe tender (Should be around 185 degrees internal) they are done.
Remove from the smoker and let them rest for 10-15 minutes.
- You can either glaze these with sauce, slice them into bite-size pieces, throw them on a sandwich, or just eat them whole!
