Air Fried Chicken Chips
Forget potato chips - our air fried chicken chips recipe is the new snack you won't be able to resist!
Add 1 pound of ground chicken to a lightly greased mixing bowl.
Add Claymore Cajun Seasoning, about a tablespoon or so. If you don't like a lot of heat, reduce the amount of Claymore that you add.
Throw in some Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning, about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons.
Mash it up making sure it's thoroughly mixed, we used our hands but you can be fancy if you want and use whatever you want.
Tip: To make your meat-spreading experience more enjoyable, wear gloves.
Lay out your parchment paper and add the chicken mixture on top and flatten it out into an even layer the size and shape of your air fryer tray.
Tip: We cut our parchment paper a tad larger than the size of our air fryer tray so it makes it easy to transfer into the air fryer.
- Transfer the parchment paper to the air fryer and fry at 350°F for 35 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and cut or crack into desired size
Dip in guac or ranch dip and enjoy!
